I’m an yogi with a passion for writing. I’m a foodie with an appetite for fitness.
Why do I call myself an imperfect yogi?. I do because I’m not the bendiest or twistiest or strongest or calmest (and so on…) yogi there is. But I’m still bendy, twisty, strong, calm (and so on…) My imperfections are what make me who I am.
I left an advertising career to pursue fitness marketing, and I left marketing to pursue fitness. I’ve been a fitness trainer and coach for 5 years. I’m an E-RYT 200 yoga trainer and an internationally certified Les Mills Body Balance and Body Combat Instructor. I offer nutrition and lifestyle advice, and am a body-positive advocate.
